  • Market supply and demand for specific segment over the next 1-3 years.
  • Regulatory problems and trends (international, federal, state and local).
  • Technological problems, developments and trends.
  • Current and expected financial problems, constraints and trends.
  • Personnel and training needs, availability and problems for specific segment.
  • What are the most serious threats to the offshore industry and how do you plan to cope with these threats.
