Projects: Nikaitchuq (North Slope, Alaska), Longhorn (Deep Water, Gulf of Mexico) and Appaloosa (Deep Water, Gulf of Mexico). Total more than $2 billion.
Scope of Work: Schedule and Cost engineer for 3 projects, supervising more than 20 contractors.
During the course of project, I was supervising up to 5 schedulers and cost engineers.

2005-2007: Boeing (Everett, WA) (Employed through Comforce)
Position: Project Management Specialist
Project: Development of 787 airplane ($10 Billion+).
Scope of Work: Project management specialist (cost/risk/schedule in Earned Value environment). In addition to the resource loaded schedule in P3e (about 300,000 activities) and “progress reporter”, MS-Access was used for advanced analysis of the schedule. Multiple baselines were used for performance measurement in a very high risk, fast changing environment (large number of change requests each week). A database was designed to resolve competition between different projects for shared resources. Robust risk management system (FORES/BORES) and change management processes were implemented.
