Position: Project Controls lead.
Projects: Nikaitchuq (North Slope, Alaska), Longhorn (Deep Water, Gulf of Mexico) and Appaloosa (Deep Water, Gulf of Mexico). Total more than $2 billion.
Scope of Work: Schedule and Cost engineer for 3 projects, supervising more than 20 contractors.
During the course of project, I was supervising up to 5 schedulers and cost engineers.
Tools Used: MS-Project, Primavera P6 and SIGEP.

2005-2007: Boeing (Everett, WA) (Employed through Comforce)
Position: Project Management Specialist
Project: Development of 787 airplane ($10 Billion+).
Scope of Work: Project management specialist (cost/risk/schedule in Earned Value environment). In addition to the resource loaded schedule in P3e (about 300,000 activities) and “progress reporter”, MS-Access was used for advanced analysis of the schedule. Multiple baselines were used for performance measurement in a very high risk, fast changing environment (large number of change requests each week). A database was designed to resolve competition between different projects for shared resources. Robust risk management system (FORES/BORES) and change management processes were implemented.

Position: Senior Project Management Consultant
Project: Implementation of an enterprise-wide portfolio project Management system.
Scope of Work: Design and implementation of enterprise-wide resource management system in a matrix organization, running a portfolio of more than 100 projects simultaneously. MS-project server was installed as project management tool, communicating with home grown databases. My role was to design an efficient portfolio project management system for the PMO (Project Management Office).

Project: Salman offshore Oilfield development program, Persian Gulf. $850 Million.
Scope of Work: Project Planning and Control manager for a portfolio of five EPC projects (offshore drilling/production platforms and sea pipelines). In addition to managing several contractors, my team (4 planners and 3 cost engineers) was responsible for presenting project status to Oil ministry on a monthly basis. Earned Value measures were in place for project management (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning, Hand Over) and processing of contractors’ invoices and claims. Position: Project Planning and Cost Engineer.
Project: South Pars sea pipeline (off-bottom tow method installation).
Scope of Work: Planning engineer for a USD 85 million fast track project for On-shore fabrication of pipeline, towing and installation at sea bottom. I was in charge for Cost and Schedule, change management, invoice preparation and progress reporting.

Position: Project “Planning & Control” Supervisor in fabrication yard.
Project: South Pars Gas Field, offshore drilling/production platforms, phases 4&5.
Scope of Work: Project Control Engineer for USD 500 Million project (Design/Procurement/Fabrication and Installation of 5 offshore modules). I supervised execution plans, Job Sequencing and validation of fabricator’s invoices. Detail scheduling in P3 (3.1) and summary levels (including WBS) in SAP PS.
