Brush up your process and procedural documentation writing skills at this three-hour writing workshop hosted by Shea Writing and Training Solutions.

This workshop delivers knowledge and skill development necessary to write clear and comprehensive processes and procedures.

During the first two hours participants acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to:

• Recognize the difference between a process and a procedure.
• Develop both Process and Procedure documentations for clear and concise presentation.
• Apply documentation techniques for presenting conditional information and cognitive steps in a procedure.
• Acquire documentation techniques that improve the end user’s ability to navigate and follow a procedure.

In the last hour participants review professional ethics using case studies.

The seminar qualifies attendants for two PDHs plus one hour of ethics.

Cost
The workshop is free for MTS members or $100 for non members. The latter includes MTS membership for one year
